END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) BXCTR Last updated: 8/5/2026Please read this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”)
carefully before installing or using any application, game, or software product developed and/or published by BXCTR (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, “our”),
including but not limited to QuackSquad and any other current or future applications published under the BXCTR name
(collectively, the “Application” or “Applications”). By downloading, installing, or using any Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Application.
This Agreement applies to all Applications published by BXCTR across all platforms, including but not limited to Steam, the Epic Games Store, and Google Play,
unless a specific Application is accompanied by a separate license agreement, in which case that separate agreement will govern.
1. LICENSE GRANT Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install
and use the Application on your personal devices, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not constitute a sale of the Application or any of its components.
All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved by the Developer.
2. LICENSE PROVIDED “AS IS” The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
The Developer does not warrant that:a) The Application will operate uninterrupted, in a timely manner, securely, or error-free;b) The results obtained from the use of the Application
will be accurate or reliable; c) Any errors or defects in the Application will be corrected. Use of the Application is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,
the Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
3. NO DATA COLLECTION The Developer does not collect, store, process, or share personal data of users through its Applications.
No personally identifiable information, location data, contacts, or other user data is collected by the Developer. Note: If an Application includes third-party services
(for example, advertising networks, analytics services, or distribution platforms such as Google Play, Steam, or the Epic Games Store), those third parties may collect data in accordance
with their own privacy policies, which are outside the Developer’s control. Users are encouraged to independently review the privacy policies of such third-party services.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Application, including but not limited to its source code, graphics, design, characters, music, sounds, text, and other content, is the exclusive property
of the Developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Application or its content.
5. RESTRICTIONS You may not: a) Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent any part of the Application; b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application, except to the extent
such restriction is prohibited by applicable law; c) Remove or alter any proprietary notices contained in the Application; d) Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. TERM AND TERMINATION This Agreement takes effect upon your installation or use of the Application and remains in effect until terminated.
The Developer may terminate this license at any time if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Application and remove it from your devices.
8. UPDATESThe Developer may, at its discretion, release updates to any Application. Such updates may be subject to this same Agreement or to additional terms.
9. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Guatemala, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.
